WHO WE ARE

Traditional Arts and Crafts Studio

The Ladder Traditional Arts Studio was established by Nicholas and Anastasia Esterhuizen with the goal of nurturing an appreciation of traditional arts and craftsmanship from around the world. Through workshops, exhibitions and events we hope that by studying and applying what we learn from art traditions of the past and present, we will be able to re-discover the beauty of the order of nature and re-apply this beauty and harmony to our daily lives and broader community.

THE COFFEE SHOP

We will only be selling bread, a small range of essential groceries and coffees delivered during the lockdown period.

STAGE 4 LOCKDOWN UPDATE

We are exited to announce that we have obtained an "essential services" permit from CIPC and will be selling basic groceries sourced from local farmers and our very own extra virgin olive oil recently harvested and pressed from the family farm. We will also be delivering our full range of coffees between Buitensingel and Strand Street.
All products and services  maintain strict hygiene measures  and we have minimum staff on site.
